Production process characteristics

High purity melting technology
Vacuum melting: Vacuum induction melting (VIM) or electron beam melting (EBM) is used, with nickel content ≥ 99.9% (N4 grade) or ≥ 99.5% (N6 grade), total impurities ≤ 0.05%, oxygen content ≤ 10ppm, to ensure material purity from the source.
Precision casting: The ingot is hot-rolled/forged to a diameter of 6-12mm wire rod, with grain size controlled at ASTM 4-5 levels, laying the foundation for subsequent wire drawing.
Ultra fine drawing process and surface finishing treatment
Gradual diameter reduction: Multi pass cold drawing (single deformation ≤ 15%), combined with diamond molds and emulsion lubrication, with a diameter range covering 0.015-10mm and a tolerance of ± 0.005mm (military grade).
Intermediate annealing: After each processing, it is annealed under hydrogen protection at 650-850 ℃ to eliminate work hardening and maintain an elongation rate of ≥ 25%.
Electrolytic polishing: treated in a mixture of H ₂ SO ₄ - H ∝ PO ₄, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μ m, to enhance conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Clean packaging: Class 100 cleanroom roll up, vacuum anti-static packaging to avoid micro particles.

Battery ear/current collector: N4 nickel wire (diameter 0.05-0.5mm) is used for welding lithium battery ear, reducing internal resistance by more than 7%;
