The processing of tantalum foil mainly includes two steps: powder rolling treatment and the first vacuum sintering treatment. This step is to obtain coarse foil cold rolling treatment; The second vacuum sintering process and precision rolling process are used for further processing to ultimately obtain tantalum foil.
The characteristic of this process is that it does not require heating the tantalum material to the melting point temperature for melting, so the process is relatively simple and the energy consumption is low.
