Production process characteristics
Plastic Processing and Dimensional Control
Hot rolling standard: The initial coil is hot-rolled to a diameter of 2.0mm at ≥ 950 ℃ to avoid niobium hafnium segregation.
Multi pass cold drawing: From 0.65mm to 0.16mm, 15+drawing cycles are required, with a reduction rate of ≤ 10% per cycle (anti fracture).
Ultra fine wire process: When the diameter is less than 0.5mm, temperature controlled drawing (- ℃) and intermediate vacuum annealing (0 ℃/min) are used to eliminate work hardening.
Purity and surface control
Melting guarantee: Vacuum arc melting ensures oxygen ≤ ppm and carbon ≤ 0.015%.
Surface accuracy: After bright annealing, the diameter tolerance is ± 0.01mm (for high-precision applications), and there is no residual oxide skin.
