Description

The manufacturing of corrosion-resistant niobium tubes is a multi process precision machining process, with the core of ensuring material purity, structural integrity, and performance stability. The main process flow includes:
Preparation of high-purity niobium billet

Hot extrusion and perforation

Cold rolling and drawing
Through multiple cold rolling and drawing processes, the pipe blank is gradually processed to the target size. During the process, intermediate annealing is required to eliminate work hardening and restore material plasticity.
Heat treatment and surface treatment
Finished niobium tubes need to undergo recrystallization annealing in vacuum or high-purity inert atmosphere to optimize their grain structure and mechanical properties. Welding and deep processing
