1. Storage conditions:
- It is recommended to store in a cool, dry, and non corrosive gas environment. The original packaging can be stored for a long time before opening.
- After opening, if it is not used up all at once, please be sure to vacuum it again or seal it in a drying oven to prevent hydrogen absorption and embrittlement.
2. Processing and Application Guide:
- As a smelting raw material, it can be directly used for vacuum self consumption or electron beam melting to prepare high-purity tantalum ingots.
- As a sintering raw material, it can be pressed and sintered through powder metallurgy technology to manufacture porous filters or capacitor anodes.
- As a thermal spraying material, it is necessary to further produce spherical powders with specific particle sizes for the preparation of corrosion-resistant coatings on the substrate surface.
- Safe operation: Proper protective equipment (such as gloves and dust masks) should be worn during operation to avoid inhaling small particles.
