Description
This product is an ideal material for manufacturing long-term human implants. Compared with pure zirconium or other titanium alloys, Zirconium-2.5 niobium alloy can form a hard, dense, and biologically inert zirconia ceramic layer on the surface after special oxidation treatment. This enables it to achieve high wear resistance and fatigue strength while maintaining excellent biocompatibility. It is mainly used for manufacturing artificial hip joint femoral heads, knee joint replacement components, and dental implant abutments. Its wear rate is reduced by more than 90% compared to traditional cobalt chromium alloys, greatly extending the service life of implants and improving patients' quality of life.
