In specific application stages, we provide detailed technical guidance: it is recommended to use hard alloy cutting tools and adopt low-speed large feed parameters for mechanical processing. It is recommended to perform a solution treatment at 1050 ℃/2 hours before processing; The preferred welding process is electron beam welding or laser welding, and standard aging heat treatment must be performed after welding. All finished products are tested according to the most stringent aerospace standards, including ultrasonic testing in accordance with AMS 2631 specifications and chemical composition analysis in accordance with AMS 5666 requirements.
