Description

After hot extrusion perforation and cold rolling forming of the tube blank, a silicide coating (such as NbSi ₂, MoSi ₂) is prepared on the surface using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) or slurry sintering method, with a coating thickness usually ranging from 30-100 μ m. To enhance the adhesion and thermal shock resistance of the coating, it is necessary to add transition layers (such as W and Cr diffusion layers) and perform high-temperature diffusion annealing (1200-1400 ° C) in a vacuum environment to form a gradient composite structure. Finally, surface defects are eliminated through electrolytic polishing to enhance the density of the coating.
The entire process needs to be completed in a vacuum or high-purity inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation during the processing.
