Select electrolytic nickel or nickel blocks with a purity of over 99.99%, and remove impurities such as iron and copper through magnetic separation and chemical dissolution (acid leaching) to ensure that the purity of the raw materials meets the standard.
The pre-treatment process requires strict temperature and humidity control to prevent oxidation or contamination.
Smelting: Nickel material is melted using an induction furnace or electric arc furnace (1450 ℃± 50 ℃), and oxygen and sulfur impurities are removed by hydrogen reduction method.
Electrolytic refining: crude nickel is used as the anode, pure nickel is used as the cathode, and purified by electrolysis to above 99.999%, with precise control of impurity precipitation by current density.
Molding and post-processing
Square shaped particles
high-pressure pressed nickel powder → 1400 ℃ sintering → mechanical polishing, with a density of 8.9 g/cm ³.
Spherical particles
electrolytic nickel liquid spray granulation → rapid cooling in inert atmosphere → screening (particle size 50-200 μ m).
Heat treatment
Annealing (600-800 ℃) optimizes grain structure and enhances ductility.
