Material purity control, welding and surface treatment
High purity nickel tubes (such as 99.999% nickel content) need to be controlled for impurities (such as carbon ≤ 0.02%, sulfur ≤ 0.005%) through processes such as vacuum melting and electrochemical refining to ensure material stability.

Forming and processing
Hot processing: The nickel tube blank is initially formed by extrusion/hot rolling (1400-1600 ℃) to ensure high temperature strength;
Cold processing: Cold drawing/cold rolling improves accuracy (tolerance ± 0.05mm), suitable for thin-walled precision pipe fittings;
Seamless process: Perforated oblique rolling technology is used to produce seamless pipes, avoiding weak areas in the weld seam.
