Craftsmanship

Raw material preparation
Using tungsten (20% -80%) and nickel (8% -20%) as substrates, adding trace amounts of titanium, aluminum and other elements, and mixing by ball milling to produce ultrafine powder (5-40 microns).
Forming treatment
A combined process of gas atomization powder production and hot isostatic pressing is used to melt the alloy at 1520-1850 ℃, followed by high-pressure gas atomization powder production, and then hot isostatic pressing densification at 900-1450 ℃ and 80-200MPa pressure.
Heat treatment
Mechanical properties are improved through processes such as age hardening, with an elongation rate of up to 60% and a tensile strength of 1000-2100MPa.
